Developed from the multi-award-winning Hugo 2, the Chord Hugo TT2 is a significant upgrade, setting a new benchmark for tabletop DACs, second only to Chord's flagship DAVE.

Advanced Technology and Enhanced Performance

The Chord Hugo TT2 features Rob Watts' custom-designed FPGA, offering five times the processing power of its predecessor. This increased processing capability, with nearly 100,000 taps, enables the DAC to utilize more powerful interpolation filters, resulting in a superior recreation of the original analogue signal. The DAC supports dual BNC input, allowing it to receive a 768kHz PCM signal, for example, from the Chord M-Scaler, and it can process DSD files up to DSD512, catering to high-resolution audio enthusiasts.

Exceptional Headphone Amplifier

The Hugo TT2's headphone amplifier boasts a significantly more powerful output stage, capable of driving even the most demanding headphones. This performance enhancement is made possible by replacing the battery with six powerful supercapacitors, ensuring that the device can deliver the high power output required for top-tier audio performance.

Comprehensive Connectivity

In terms of connectivity, the Hugo TT2 offers balanced XLR and single-ended RCA analogue outputs, allowing seamless integration with your amplifier or preamplifier. Additionally, it includes two BNC digital outputs. For inputs, the DAC provides USB, two optical Toslink, two BNC digital inputs, and APTX Bluetooth, making it versatile and compatible with a wide range of audio sources.
